Lisa has a background in nursing and social care. She is a trained massage practitioner with many years of experience.
Lisa began practising Yoga nineteen years ago, after the birth of her first child, and was amazed by the positive changes it made to her body, emotional well being, spiritual connection and sense of mental clarity. She felt so inspired that she went on to complete a Foundation course with the British Wheel of Yoga and then to train as a Yoga teacher with the Inner Yoga Trust (also affiliated with the BWY).
Lisa is passionate and enthusiastic about her work and loves sharing her knowledge and experience with her students. She is an embodied teacher who brings the qualities of attentive, intuitive listening and reading of the body, as well as nurturance and care.
