The group begins on Sunday 6th September, 2020 and meets the first Sunday every month for 6 months.
A circle of women sharing this transitional phase of their life together. We will support and share with each other and learn many yoga techniques and resources to maintain optimum health during our hormonal changes. Our intention as a group will also be to empower each other and to feel confidant in our own body's ability to adapt to change.
This will be a small group of 6 women and Lisa will share videos, handouts and practices between each meeting so that women can practice, if they wish, at home as well.

* Beneficial postures and breathing techniques taught by Lisa to alleviate any challenging symptoms of the menopause or peri-menopause (hand outs provided).
*Sharing circle where each woman can feel "heard" and "seen" and celebrated. Non-judgemental and confidential.
*Relaxing deep yogic sleep (Yoga Nidra) to bring healing and also known to alleviate insomnia and anxiety.
*Closed to group to ensure a feeling of "emotional safety" and closeness. Everything shared within the group remains confidential so women feel comfortable to discuss whatever they may need to.
COST - £180 for the 6 sessions. £50 deposit secures your place. Can be payable in 2 or 3 instalments.
